Suction smoke detector

A highly sensitive suction smoke detector is used when it is necessary to detect minimal, difficult to detect smoke aerosols. It consists of two parts – suction tube with small openings and detection chamber. Chamber consists of one or two point smoke detectors, suction system and evaluation electronics. Suction system drives smoke particles through the openings on the tube. If the evaluation ranks that amount of smoke particles exceeds the limit, it automatically activates the fire alarm. For high-sensitivity application, smoke detector can be substituted with a laser beam.
